Trine University has opened its application for undergraduate students planning to attend in fall 2023.
Trine is a rolling admission school, but students who apply early are able to find out more quickly which scholarships, grants and other financial aid they qualify for, giving them plenty of time to plan financially for college.
Applying early also gives Trine’s admission and financial aid staff more time to help students find additional resources, if needed.
In addition, students who apply early and submit their enrollment fee are more likely to get a room in the residence hall of their choice.
“With continued record enrollment at our Angola campus, the newer apartment-style residence halls fill up quickly,” said Kim Bennett, vice president for enrollment management.
Students who apply to Trine typically receive an admission decision within two weeks.
There is no cost to apply to Trine, and the university also accepts the convenient Common App.
Trine University recently announced that ACT and SAT scores will not be required for traditional undergraduate students seeking admission. Applicants who are able to take the ACT or SAT may submit scores if they choose, but those scores will be considered as only part of their overall academic record.
