A significant event for safety and health professionals is set to take place in Indianapolis from February 24-26, 2025. The Indiana Safety and Health Conference & Expo will be held at the Indiana Convention Center. This annual gathering is organized by the Central Indiana Chapter of ASSP and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, with support from INSafe and the Coalition for Construction Safety.

The conference aims to provide attendees with new strategies for compliance to enhance workplace safety. It is sponsored by Indiana Safety and Supply Co. Attendees can expect sessions covering a range of topics such as safety communication strategies, unsafe conditions, workers’ compensation, sprinkler systems, servant leadership, OSHA recordkeeping, wearable tech, among others.

Kerri Begley, vice president of business education and events for the Indiana Chamber, stated: “Maximizing the safety of workers is of the utmost importance for Hoosier manufacturers distributors and many more types of companies.” She emphasized the popularity of this conference due to its relevance in various industries.

Keynote speakers include former Navy SEAL Chad Williams who will open with his presentation "SEVEN," detailing a critical mission in Iraq. On February 26, Brandon Schroeder will present "Believe in Safety," which has gained recognition as a leading motivational safety talk nationwide.

The event will feature over 100 companies showcasing innovative products and solutions related to workplace safety. Interactive displays and exclusive expo hall time are also planned.

The conference will conclude with the presentation of the 2025 Governor’s Workplace Safety Awards on its final day during lunch. These awards are sponsored by Roche Diagnostics Corporation.
