Chairwoman Anne Hathaway has issued a statement regarding the conclusion of the 2024 legislative session. In her remarks, she commended Governor Holcomb and the Republican leadership in the Indiana General Assembly for fulfilling their promise of an efficient session focused on the needs of Indiana residents.

She highlighted several key issues addressed by Republicans in the state legislature. These included improving reading proficiency in schools, increasing access to childcare services, replacing hazardous lead water lines across the state, and expanding work-based learning opportunities.

Hathaway expressed appreciation for the efforts made by state lawmakers, saying, "We at the Indiana Republican Party applaud our state lawmakers, and thank them for continuing to put Hoosiers first!"
