CCPL Teen Zine: Library Zine

14

Teen submissions accepted April 1–June 30

Tuesday, May 31 All day

Open to all teens in grades 6–12

What is a zine?

Zines are self-published works of written and visual art that are created by hand or digitally and distributed to an audience. They have their literary roots in fanzines and magazines and are typically produced in small batches.

What is the Library Zine?

This spring and summer, the library will be accepting submissions for its Library Zine. The Library Zine is an issue of the CCPL Teen Zine with a focus on libraries. We encourage teens to submit written and visual works of art inspired by libraries or their favorite library memories.

The library will be accepting submissions from April 1 through June 30, 2022. Selected works will be compiled into a digital zine. A complete description of the project and guidelines for submitting can be found here.
