City of Carmel recently issued the following announcement.
Closure of Shelborne Road between 141st and 146th Streets begins on or after March 9
Due to utility work, Shelborne Road from 141st and 140th Streets, will be closed for 7 days starting on or after Wednesday, March 9. Towne Road will be used as a detour. The red
box in the image below denotes the approximate area of the work.
