Trine University issued the following announcement on March 1.
The newest episode of Trine University’s Center for Sports Studies podcast features Breanna Mathews, a Trine University alumna who serves as purchasing coordinator for the
NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Mathews, who graduated from Trine in 2015 with a marketing degree, works with a multitude of vendors to provide everything from paper to signage for the Buccaneers. In the
episode, she discusses her day-to-day responsibilities with the team, the important role purchasing plays for a professional sports team and how she was able to leverage her past
experience in retail into a position with the Buccaneers.
