Urschel announced on May 5 that it will participate in the National Restaurant Association Show from May 16-19, 2026, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. The company plans to display several machines, including the Little Gem Aspire Dicer—a new concept for fruit and vegetable processing—alongside the Sprint 2 Dicer, KRONEN GS 10-2 Slicer, KRONEN KS-100 PLUS Centrifuge/Dryer, and a range of manual and automatic KRONEN machines.
The event is expected to draw thousands of foodservice and restaurant professionals who are interested in trends and solutions shaping their industries. Urschel said it aims to introduce attendees to processing solutions designed for efficient and precise high-capacity production.
