Urschel Japan Co., Ltd will present the new Little Gem Aspire Dicer and other cutting solutions at FOOMA Japan, which takes place June 2-5 in Tokyo. The company announced on May 26 that its display will also include the Affinity Integra Dicer, the Comitrol Processor Model 1700, and the Comitrol Processor Model 3600F. Attendees can visit Urschel Japan at Booth E1-15-19 to see demonstrations of these machines designed for simplicity and precision in food processing.

FOOMA Japan has served as a leading food processing expo for nearly two decades, offering four days of industry insights. Urschel Japan said its selection at the show demonstrates how its machinery supports high-capacity operations with continuous production capabilities. The introduction of the Little Gem Aspire Dicer expands available options by providing ease of use, a compact design, and high performance.

According to the official website, William Urschel founded Urschel Laboratories and pioneered innovations in food processing equipment. The company operates as a fully employee-owned corporation under an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and has supported employee retirement through annual stock contributions. It has been recognized as an exemplary employer in its region for promoting a positive work environment, emphasizing employee respect, competitive wages, local investments, and featuring a modern manufacturing facility headquartered in Valparaiso, Indiana.

The Urschel Japan booth will offer visitors opportunities to learn more about how each machine applies innovation to help companies adapt within the dynamic food processing sector.
