The Indiana Chamber of Commerce is organizing a significant event to address the impact and opportunities presented by artificial intelligence (AI) for the state. On August 28, the AI Leadership Summit – Seizing the Economic Power of Artificial Intelligence will take place in Indianapolis, aiming to provide actionable insights for key industries such as advanced manufacturing, agbioscience, life sciences, and logistics and transportation.

The summit is organized by the Indiana Chamber Foundation in collaboration with the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership and Accenture. It forms part of day two of the Rally Innovation Conference at the Indiana Convention Center.

U.S. Sen. Todd Young, author of the CHIPS and Science Act, will headline the list of presenters. Executives from Eli Lilly and Company, Corteva, and top innovators from Indiana’s leading universities are also scheduled to participate.

Panel discussions will focus on anticipated industry changes due to AI, workforce and education considerations, as well as AI-related challenges and opportunities specific to Indiana.

“Fundamental to the Chamber’s Indiana Prosperity 2035 visioning plan is a willingness to be bold, embrace disruption and seize the opportunity. There is no doubt that AI is catalyzing a generational shift in the way Indiana’s companies do business and Hoosiers live their lives,” stated Adam H. Berry, vice president of economic development and technology at the Indiana Chamber.

“The deliverables from the AI Leadership Summit will produce valuable insights for policymakers, industry leaders and academic partners – all of whom share a responsibility for helping Indiana win talent, investment and market share in an AI-infused economy,” Berry added.

Attendees registered for Rally will have full access to all summit sessions from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A 60% discount on admission is available through www.rallyinnovation.com using code RALLYINChamb60 when selecting an all-access pass.

Event sponsors include Comcast, Integrity Network Solutions Inc., and Network Solutions Inc.
