Who: Join the City of Carmel, sculptor Dominic Benhura, Councilor Kevin "Woody" Rider, Jayne During, owner of Kuaba Gallery, members of the Mayor's Advisory Commission on Human Relations, Clay Township Board and Public Art Advisory Committee.
