Dury Propane and Keystone Cooperative, Inc. announced on May 29 that Dury Propane of Sturgis, Michigan has been acquired by Keystone Cooperative. The companies said the transition is intended to reinforce their shared commitment to customer service and dependable local energy solutions.
Dury Propane has served its customers since 1960 with personalized care and industry expertise. The Dury team said, “This decision was made with our customers at the forefront. It was essential to find a partner who shares our values and will continue to deliver the level of service our customers expect and deserve. Keystone Cooperative stood out as the right fit.”
Keystone Cooperative is a locally owned agriculture and energy cooperative serving communities across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois. Mike Hayden, Assistant Vice President of Propane at Keystone, said, “Keystone Cooperative is pleased to carry forward the outstanding local service built by Dury Propane. We are committed to maintaining the trusted relationships, safety standards, and high-quality service that customers have come to rely on.”
Customers are expected to experience a seamless transition without disruption in service; the same team will continue delivering propane services using existing contact numbers.
