The Indiana Primary Care Association (IPHCA) is preparing for its Annual Conference, scheduled for October 7 and 8 in Terre Haute. The event is presented by AndHealth and will feature last-minute updates, travel information, and guidance to help attendees maximize their experience.
In recognition of National Dental Hygiene Month this October, IPHCA is highlighting dental hygienists who have been acknowledged by member Community Health Centers for their service.
This month’s newsletter also addresses Breast Cancer Awareness Month by sharing resources from clinical and IQIN teams. Additionally, the Maternal & Infant Health Corner discusses issues related to pregnancy and infant loss.
IPHCA has announced a new partnership with Upstream USA aimed at helping health centers expand access to contraceptive and family planning services. The IQIN team has launched a new grant cycle under the Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) initiative.
Additional news includes updates on clinical programs, oral health initiatives, outreach and enrollment efforts, policy developments, as well as further training opportunities provided by various IPHCA teams.
