For example, Medium and Large steers weighing between 352-360 pounds averaged $552 per hundredweight while heavier steers over 600 pounds made up approximately a quarter of all feeder sales. Replacement stock included bred cows selling from $1,750 to $3,575 per unit depending on age and trimester status.
