The Allen County Sheriff’s Department announced on April 23 that a fatal crash occurred in the 8800 block of Flutter Road, resulting in the death of a pedestrian.

The incident involved a vehicle and a pedestrian and took place on private property. The department said officers responded to the scene at approximately 7:29 p.m., where medics pronounced the pedestrian deceased.

Sergeant Ken Litzenberg, Public Information Officer for the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, said the crash remains under investigation by law enforcement authorities.
